I stuck “後驛鵝肉店” into Google translate and it told me this place is called “After Station Goose Shop” in English. I don’t know how accurate that is because I don’t even know what that means, but this place is known for goose so at least that part seems right. You can get goose soup or goose noodles or goose on its own or pretty much whatever other dishes people generally make out of goose. Value-wise, this might be the best goose I’ve had. You can get a plate for about $3, which is pretty unheard of for goose. I’ve only seen cheaper goose at the local park, and that was being sold by a homeless guy who had clubbed one over the head.
